Kristy has had over a decade of entrepreneurship experience owning corporations and running teams to solo ventures from both service-based companies and product-based. Her expertise lies in the ability to make tweaks to marketing that help to translate sales and see systems on the backend of operations to reduce waste saving time, money, and resources. 

Kristy is a visionary and her passion lies in the ability to see others' strengths and even pain points and help to guide them and connected them through resources, products, or other connections. Kristy believes that in order to have success luck generally is not involved so she likes to help others talk about the big vision, the action steps that follow, and making sure the financials can support it all.

This is for a one-hour session with Kristy and is great for companies that have been in business for a while and looking for a fresh eye or approach or even new ideas to bring to the market. Which will save you money, time and ultimately allow you to bring to market a stronger idea or optimize your current efforts. 

Over the years Kristy has spoken at business and leadership conferences all over the country inspiring, helping others become more efficient with their efforts, and showing them how.

She had had experience in short-term rentals (primarily Airbnb) and through systems and the right branding quickly was one of the most sought after hosts and places with 6 figures in net income. 

She has built and sold many companies over the years and she states, "it has actually been my biggest lessons that have cost me the most where I truly learned and I am grateful for it all.
